During this training, all audit phases will be detailed as well as the different roles such as an inspection (or front office) coordinator, spokesperson, subject matter expert or back office coordinator. On the basis of fictional situations and anecdotes, all critical aspects related to the audit process will be explained and discussed so that everybody will know perfectly how to behave during an audit.
Intended Audience: anyone that is involved in audits.
By the end of this TRIUM Training you should be able to:
- Explain how to behave yourselves during an audit.
- Describe the differences between a client audit and a regulatory inspection.
