Risk Management – Round Table

Did you complete a training on Risk Management and are you in the middle of performing a risk assessment? Or are you translating the results of your risk assessments in your risk based monitoring plan? Would you like to know how others did this? What are the experiences and challenges you and others have when implementing risk management in your day-to-day projects?

The TRIUM round table interactive training is a follow-up to the Risk Management and Risk Based Monitoring (RBM) Plans training. During the round table discussion, we will look into real-time examples of how we implemented risk assessments in our clinical trials. We will look how results of how risk assessments are translated in the risk based monitoring plans and what strategies for monitoring were defined based on the risk level defined.

The round table discussion should give you the opportunity to share experiences and challenges with your peers.

Learning objectives

By the end of this TRIUM Training you should be able to:

  • Share your own experiences of risk management in your trials with peers
  • Describe your take-aways – learning from other team members related to risk assessment/risk management
  • Define next steps in risk management for your clinical trials
