Technical Writing (Classroom Training)


Technical writing is the art of distilling technical information and presenting it unambiguously into digestible content. It is used in different industries and is applied for writing a wide variety of documents including Work Instructions, Deviation reports, Corrective Action & Preventive Action (CAPA) documents, and Specification documents. The do’s and don’ts of technical writing are straightforward but there is often sinned against which (may) lead to confusion and misconception.

Intended Audience: anyone involved the creation of technical or quality documents.
